Installment transaction is irrevocable and no change in installment amount and repayment tenor shall be allowed once it is confirmed by our bank. The credit cardholder shall repay by month and if the cardholder overpays, the overpaid amount will be included into next consumption bill and will not be used to pay the installment amount in advance.
Installment is also one of the credit card transactions. As for the installment transaction applied through installment order, this order is the credit card consumption bill of this transaction and will take effect after filled in the authorized numbers. No matter the transaction has got confirmation of our bank or not, the order cannot be refunded. Our bank reserves the right of final confirmation of the transaction and the amount.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the total amount of installment will account for whole installment credit limit, which is independent from the normal authorized credit limit of 100%to150%. The total installment is divided by the tenor you have chosen. When the total installment amount cannot be divided exactly by tenor, the residue part will be included into the last tenor amount. Before all installments are repaid, the installment credit limit is restored to the due installment amount on payment due date of each tenor. Within the normal authorized credit limit, the due installment amount is deducted. When the accessible amount within the normal authorized credit limit is not enough to repay the installment, then there will be overrun, for which the credit cardholder does not need to pay the overrun charge.
Installment of each tenor is listed in detail on the monthly credit card consumption bill of the cardholder.

Clauses on Installment Goods

The credit card issuing bank will pay the designated merchants for all consumptions, which shall be repaid by the cardholder to the issuing bank in installment.
Our bank and the goods supplier will complete work of credit check of the subscriber and delivery work within 20 working days after receiving order (may delay in holidays and weekends). If the subscriber has not received telephone informing of the delivery from the supplier within 20 working days, then the application will automatically nullify.
As the ordered goods are expensive, and to ensure correct delivery of the goods and guarantee the interests of the subscriber, the subscriber shall receive the goods in person and show valid ID document that he or she fills in the order list for the delivery personnel to check, after which he or she shall sign the receipt.

Our bank offers the installment service but has no distributor, agent, partner or guarantee relations with the suppliers. All the responsibility concerning the goods or services including delivery and after-sale service shall be borne by suppliers. The subscriber or the final user of the ordered goods can enquire the suppliers about relevant information from relative materials such as the instruction, repair warranty and invoice of the goods affiliated with the package.
The suppliers publicized by our bank shall strictly abide by relevant laws of China and regulations of clauses regarding the protection of consumer rights, and deal with the goods quality problem and offer the after sale service. The subscriber or the final user of the ordered goods can enquire the suppliers about relevant information from relative materials such as the instruction, repair warranty and invoice of the goods affiliated with the package.
If the goods are found broken or damaged, the cardholder shall apply to the supplier for replacement or ask for repair service within 15 days after signing the receipt.
Matters concerning the transaction, quality, delivery and after sale services of the goods will be handled by the supplier, and for such matters the cardholder shall negotiate with the supplier. If the cardholder has any problem about the goods content, he can directly negotiate with the supplier.

If the subscriber refuses to receive the goods or asks for refund, the subscriber shall let our bank deduct delivery charges from his or her credit card account to compensate the actual delivery fees, which will become overdraft debts to our bank.
If the subscriber asks for refund after our bank has paid total amount of the goods, the subscriber shall authorize supplier to pay the amount back to our bank and the bank shall transfer the amount to the credit card account to repay the pre-paid amount and meanwhile the same amount of overdraft debts will be deemed as having been cleared.

If the subscriber's credit card is terminated, or his or her credit rating is decreased, or debts are not repaid or if the subscriber asks for terminating the card, then the installment debts shall be deemed as mature and the subscriber shall repay once all the debts and corresponding interests, for which our bank will not give notice.

2. How to apply for installment?
 You need to logon the "installment"page of our credit card website, download and fill in the installment order form including information about the goods No. label, quantity, and relevant information of the credit card and the receiving address. Then fax the form to 010-83915374 or mail it to: P.O.Box 100038-11, Beijing, 100038.

3. How long does it take to receive the goods after successful ordering?
   It will take 20 working days.

4. Can I use affiliated card to apply for installment?
   No, only the master card can do

5. Why do I fail in paying my order?
Our bank will judge your accessible installment transaction according to many factors such as the validity period of the credit card, the fixed limit and the repayment record. The following situations may lead to your failure in applying for installment: the total amount of the purchased goods exceeds the installment limit authorized by our bank; the current account is in expiration or in other abnormal status; the client is not in good credit standing; the credit card No. or validity period or CVV2 filled in the order form is wrong.

6. I have already applied for credit card but can I shop online before I get the card?
   No, installment transaction is only open to the credit cardholder and you need to apply for installment after receiving the card.

7£®Can I cancel order or refund?
 After you have paid the order by installment, if you want to cancel the order or refund, please contact directly with the supplier to cancel it. If the goods are already on the way of delivery, you have to pay some delivery fees.

8. Can I change the receiver and the receiving address after successful ordering?
   No, if you really need to change out of some special reasons, please contact with the supplier at once to cancel the original order and choose the goods again, put down new specified receiver or address on the credit card payment information at the cashier.
