If you have filled out the id credit card application form, please log onto the Minsheng id credit card website and get registered with the same personal information as the application form; and then upload your favorite picture and edit the surface of the card. After the picture is approved by our bank, you will get an approval code of your picture; please fill out the application form with the approval code and submit the form with other necessary certificates to our bank outlets or to our credit card marketing personnel.

3. Do I have to upload a picture to design the id credit card?
You may upload a picture of the jpg format and edit the picture on the line; or you may select a picture from our graph storage and use it as the card surface. If you don't make any changes on the selected picture from the graph storage, the picture will be approved right away and you can get the approval code immediately.

4. The page layout of picture editing doesn't display normally. What shall I do?
First, check the INTERNET option in the IE menu bar, see if the Advanced---Multimedia---Flash display is selected by "√". Please mark "√" if it is not selected. If you have installed such software as internet assistant, please check out if FLASH is held up. If FLASH is not held up, then there must be no plug-in unit of FLASH 8.0 and higher versions. Please download and install the relevant plug-in unit.

5. My picture has failed again and again to be uploaded, why?
Your picture can't be uploaded due to the following possible reasons:
(1) The picture format is not .jpg;
(2) The picture pixel is less than 1033×661;
(3) The size of the picture is not between 50k and 3M.
(4) Your computer is not connecting normally with the Internet.

6. How can I check the size of the picture? What shall I do if the picture is too large?
Before you open the picture, put the mouse on it and click the right button, choose "Nature" and check the "Summary", there you can see the size of the picture. If you find that your picture is too large, you can compress the picture with some picture processing soft wares such as "Photoshop" or some other soft wares produced by the company of your camera. The operational procedures of "Photoshop" are as follows:
First, open the "Picture" menu; then, choose "picture size" and change the "pixel" into a more appropriate size (width should be no less than 1033 pixel and height no less than 661 pixel); finally, choose the "File" menu and click "Save", thus the picture is compressed.

7. Why the picture I have uploaded can't be seen clearly in the webpage preview?
If the picture you have uploaded is of quite a big size, then it will be compressed when displayed on the webpage, and therefore might be blurred. But the actual picture on your card will not be affected by this.

8. Why is my picture not approved? What shall I do then?
If your picture is not approved, then it might not measure up to certain or some specifications in the Notice for Uploading Id Credit Card Picture. You may log onto the website again and upload a new picture. You will be informed of the result of the approval through e-mail or short message.

9. May I use the photo of someone else as the surface picture of my id credit card?
You may use the photo of someone else (e.g. parents, spouse, sons and daughters and friends, etc.) as the picture of your id credit card provided that the person's image right, name right, copyright, and privacy right are not violated and the person has given his/her agreement and authorization. You have to take the responsibility if the picture you uploaded breaks the Notice for Uploading Id Credit Card Picture and gives rise to any lawsuit in which the person claims rights. We'd like to remind you that the present domestic acquiring environment is far from mature, if you use a photo of someone else as your card surface design, it might be rejected by some businessmen.

10. What is the use of the logging-in password in the application form of id credit card? What shall I do if I forget it?
The password is used when you want to check whether the id credit card picture is approved, and it is not used anywhere for any purpose. When you fill out the application form for the first time, please write down the correct E-mail address, so that when you forget the password, you can regain it by inputting your certificate number and E-mail address that you put down during registration. The password will be sent to your registered E-mail address.

11. Can I change the picture I have uploaded?
It depends on the examining state your picture is in:
(1) If the picture has not been examined or approved yet, you can upload a new picture to be examined.
(2) If the picture has already been approved, then it will be the picture used on your card and you can not upload any picture again.

12. I have uploaded my favorite picture which has been approved, why haven't you sent me the card?
There are several possible reasons for your situation:
(1) You haven't filled out and submitted the application form with some necessary certificates;
(2) If you have submitted the application form, then you might forget to fill out the "picture approval code" or you might have written down a wrong code. In this case, you have to fill out the application form again and make sure to write down the correct "picture approval code"; then you can submit the application form again with some necessary certificates;
(3) Your application for the credit card is not approved due to certain reasons.

13. Can I apply for two id credit cards?
Yes, every customer may apply for more than one personalized card. You may design many card surfaces with unique characteristics and after being approved, each card surface will get a picture approval code. You just need to write the code in the related application form. Each application form can only be used to apply for one card.

14. May I change the card surface?
If you need to change the card surface, you can call the Minsheng credit card customer service hotline for application, but according to the charge standard, you have to pay 160 yuan procedure fee for the change of card. In order to ensure safety, the old card can't be used again after the approval of your newly uploaded picture, so there will be a time when you can't use any credit card, old or new, which we sincerely hope you can understand. Please wait patiently during this period. In addition, for the safety of your personal information, please don't throw the old card away at your will. Before throwing away the old card, you should break it or fully destroy the magnetic strip. Otherwise, you should assume the risks of personal information leakage or stealing of the credit card.

15. Is there any special charge of the id credit card?
Because the card has special application procedures and manufacturing craft, 160 yuan production fee is charged for every card. This charge will be collected by the expressman from a third party when deliver the card.

16. I want to make an emergent application for the id credit card, may I?
Sorry, at present, the id credit card doesn't involve an emergent application service.
