1. any individual with full capacity for civil conduct as well as repaying
2. and the following basic requirements shall be met:
1) aged between 18 and 65;
2) having a stable job and income, sound credit standing as well as the capability of repaying the principal and interests on due date.

Basic requirements of application for Minsheng affiliated credit cards:
1. any individual with full or limited capacity for civil conduct;
2. aged at or beyond 13;
3. applicant under 16 years old has to offer copies of permanent residence booklet.
Special Notice: The affiliated credit card applicant is not necessarily required to be the relative of the master cardholder.
