1 application qualifications
1) Master card applicant must be over 18 years old; the supplementary card applicant must be over 13 years old.
2) Master card applicant must have a permanent occupation and regular income or regular income even without a permanent occupation. Otherwise, please provide necessary guarantees (such as bond, mortgage or guarantor), and fill in the Contract of Guarantee of the Minsheng Credit Card (Individual card).
2 testimonials
1) effective identity testimonials of master card and supplementary card applicant: copies of ID card (both sides of the second generation of ID card),residence booklet, officer's card, pass of HK and Macao residents to the mainland, pass of Taiwan residents to the mainland and passport.
2)the following testimonials of the master card applicant are needed:
¢Ù occupation testimonials: the original occupation testimonial issued by the work unit, duplicate copy of the contract of employment and employee's card and so on .(At least one piece of each testimonial is required.)
¢Ú income testimonials: pay sheet of wages paid by the bank on behalf of the work unit, income testimonial issued by the work unit ,income tax deduction and payment receipt and so on (At least one piece of each testimonial is required).
¢Û financial power testimonials: title deed for your own house, house mortgage payment receipt, vehicle usage license, vehicle mortgage payment receipt, vehicle purchasing invoice, duplicate copy of fixed deposit sheet in our bank. (These are instrumental to your credit rating in our bank).
¢Ü residence testimonials: payment receipt in latest three months for public service such as water, electricity and coal, for communication such as mobile phone and telephone and for cable TV and property management service.(These are helpful to raise your credit rating.)
¢Ý other testimonials: duplicate copies of professional title certificate and professional qualification certificate. (These will help to raise your credit rating in our bank.)
3 annual fee
Ordinary master card: 100 Yuan, ordinary supplementary card: 50 Yuan, golden master card: 300 Yuan, golden supplementary card: 150 Yuan.
4 Annual fee and other charges paid to our bank will be automatically deducted in your account. Please don't post any money along with the applicant form back to the bank or ask our salesman to pay the charges. The bill will be posted to you after you get the card.
5 China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd reserves the rights to check and ratify the issuance of card and adjust the credit quota. The materials provided by the applicant (including this applicant form and other testimonials) will be kept confidential by our bank. However, these papers won't be returned to you whether the issuance of your card is ratified or not.
6 The applicant form with complete materials will be coped with earlier than others and rank higher in credit rating.
