1. How to apply for installment plan?
You can log onto the "installment plan" page on the China Minsheng Banking Corp., LTD. credit card website, download and fill out the order form of installment plan, including the serial number, name and quantity of the product, relevant information about the credit card and the delivery address, etc.; and then fax the order form to 010-83915374 or mail it to Mailbox 10038-11, Beijing, with the postcode: 100038.
2. How long is it before I can receive the product when the order form is approved?
It takes about twenty working days.
3. Can I apply for installment plan with the affiliated card?
Yes, but the application must be made by the holder of the affiliated card. And this expenditure will come under the account of the master card, thus becoming the debt of the master card holder.
4. Why do I fail to apply for the installment plan?
China Minsheng Banking Corp., LTD. uses the grading system to comprehensively evaluate the credit card holders with regard to such factors as the time limit, available credit and the repayment of the consumptions, etc., and to decide whether or not to approve the installment plan application of the card holders. The installment plan application might fail to get approval due to the following reasons:
a. The total sum of the purchase exceeds the allowed amount of installment plan granted by the bank;
b. The current account is overdue or in an abnormal state, or the customer has unfavorable credit record with other banks;
c. Some mistake is made when fill out the order form of installment plan, such as the serial number of the credit card, the period of validity, or CVV2.
5. I have applied for a credit card but have not received it yet. Can I do shopping on the line?
The installment plan is directed to the holders of Minsheng credit card. Please apply for the installment plan after you have received Minsheng credit card.
6. Can I cancel the order or return the product?
Once the installment plan is approved, you have succeeded in effecting the order. If you want to cancel the order or return the product, please contact the provider directly; if the product is already on the way, you have to pay some carriage.
7. Can I change the name or the address of consignee after I make the order successfully?
No. If you really have to change it due to some reasons, please contact the provider directly and cancel the original order. Then you can order the product again and fill out the order form the new name and address of the consignee. |
