What do I need to pay attention to when using credit card to consume?
1)To protect your card from being falsely used or stolen, you should try to keep the credit card within your sight when using it to consume.
2)No ID card is needed on the principle. If you choose signature as the only confirmation of transaction when using credit card to consume while the shop assistance insists upon your using password or presenting ID card, please cooperate as you can. You can input any 6 numbers when asked for using password.
3)When necessary, the credit card center will check your client information by telephone in case that your credit card is falsely used by others.
4)Please do not sign on the blank consumption bill or that with the amount of money incompletely filled out.
5)Before signing the consumption bill, please make sure that the credit card No. and consumption amount listed on it are correct; meanwhile pay attention to the correctness of the currency type as well as the capital characters and numbers of the amount.
6)Please keep the signature on the consumption bill consistent with that on the back of your credit card. Ask the shop assistant to tear apart the consumption bill if it needs to be resigned because of some errors. If you need to cancel the transaction, please keep the refund certification given by the shop in case of any future entanglement.
7)After signing the consumption bill, please make sure that the credit card returned by assistant of the designated shops is yours.
8)After transaction, please keep your counterfoil of the consumption bill for you to check against the Statement of Account.
Can I deposit money into my credit card?

The credit card is a personal financial product of "consumption before paying". To meet your need of occasional large-amount consumption, you can deposit money into the credit card. But the deposited money will not yield interests. If you withdraw cashes directly from the credit card, you need to pay the service charge of advance cash withdrawal. We recommend you to use the over-paid amount for paying the next consumption, but of course you can withdraw the over-paid part. You can call our 24-hour customer service hotline and we will help you transfer the amount into the account you specify, for which we will charge some remittance service fees.

What if I find something wrong with the Statement of Account?
If you have any question, please call 24-hour customer service hotline of our bank and we will help you check the transactions against the account statement. If you need to review the consumption bill voucher (or its copies) of relative transaction, please call us to apply within three months after the transaction. You can enjoy this service for free once a year, but you need to pay some service charge of reviewing for a second time in a year. If the transaction is confirmed to be false, then the service charge for a second time can be exempted.

How to repay after consuming in credit card?

We will send you Statement of Account of your credit card every month, which marks the payment due date and lists the amount you need to repay. You can pay the consumption through:
1)Auto payment service of our bank, which will deduct due repayment from the current account of debit card specified by you; if you haven't applied for this service, please call our 24-hour customer service hotline to apply;
2)visiting the nearest outlets of our bank to pay in cash;
3)using ATMs at our bank's outlets to pay by transfer;
4)calling our telephone banking at 95568 to pay by transfer;
5)using the auto-deposit machines at our bank's outlets to pay;
6)logging on our website www.cmbc.com.cn at VIP version of the personal banking to pay by transfer;
7)e-remittance payment at other banks' outlets or ATMs.
Why does not the credit card work when I use it to consume?
Your credit card is refused beacuse:
1)the network of the POS is busy or it goes wrong.
2)You may come across the network problem when consuming abroad and we recommend you to apply for another credit card of different type for possible needs in the future(If you already have a VISA card, we recommend you to apply for a MasterCard card).
3)The magnetic strip of your credit card may have lost magnet or the card has been broken, then call our 24-hour customer service hotline to apply for card replacement.
4)Maybe you have overrun beyond your credit limit, please repay before you continue to consume.
5)Please call us to check whether your credit card is in normal status.

What are the usages of two pins in my credit card?

For your card safety, we offer you two pin: one is transaction pin for advance cash withdrawal and domestic consuming (if you have chosen to confirm the consumption by using signature plus pin); the other is inquiry pin for you to check the status of credit card on telephone banking or online banking. The inquiry pin is set by calling our 24-hour customer service hotline and can be changed through our customer service hotline or on our bank's credit card website, while the transaction pin will be sent by us in the pin envelop and you can change the transaction pin at counters of our bank's all branches or at ATMs of our bank.

What should I do if my credit limit does not allow enough amounts for me to consume?

When you apply for Minsheng Credit Card, we will set the highest credit limit for you according to your financial capability, credit record and other information. The master card is combined with the affiliated card. Meanwhile we will provide you with two ways to adjust your credit limit. If you have had a sound repayment record for three months, you can call our 24-hour customer service hotline to apply for adjusting the credit limit, which covers permanent adjusting and temporary adjusting, with a validity period of 15 days with the temporary one.

Where can I use my credit card?

You can use our credit card to consume in all merchants marked with logo of "Union Pay", "VISA" or "MasterCard".
