What should I do if my credit card is soon to expire?

The validity period of our bank's credit cards is three years and new cards are issued once every three years. The expiration date is marked on the front of the card. Before the expiration date of your credit card, our credit card center will send the new credit card to you through registered letter and free you from any procedure.
To ensure your rights and interests, please sign your name at the signature panel on the back of the new card and complete all the procedures of activating new card once you receive it. You do not need to send the old card back to our bank and you just have to cut it out and discard it. If you haven't received new card before the expiration date, please dial our credit card customer service hotline to check.

What should I do if my credit card is damaged and cannot be used?

You can apply for new card if your credit card is damaged, broken, or its signature is blurred or the magnetic strip has lost magnet. You just need to call 24-hour customer service hotline of our credit card center and the customer service personnel will handle it for you as soon as possible.

What should I do if I lose my credit card?

You shall call our 24-hour customer service hotline at 95568 or 800-810-8008 immediately after you find your card is lost or stolen. With your valid ID No. and telephone inquiry pin, you can complete emergent loss-reporting through the automatic voice service system
You can also contact with the human-aided service and we will handle loss-reporting of your card and complement a new card for you at once to avoid any losses infringed upon you. If you lose credit card abroad and urgently need it, please contact us or the emergency assistance center of the international card organizations marked on VISA or MasterCard at once. We will complement an emergent alternative card for you and free you from any inconvenience resulting from card losing.
