Notice that this service is not available for those holders of the subordinated and commercial Cards. The service is done once per day, if it needs to be done a second time, the Card holders have to pay fees

All the provinces and cities in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hongkong, Macaw SARs, and Taiwan Province).

How to make application
Put a check at the "Round-the-clock Road Rescue" in "application for value added service" in the application form.
For those Card holders who haven't made applications, they can call Minsheng Service Center for help.

The Service Includes:
1.The car breakdowns that can be fixed within half an hour, in no need of disassembling or changing auto parts.
2.Sending oil. ( The amount of free oil filing should not exceed 3 liters each time, with one time at most per day. The amout exceeding 3 liters will be charged according to market price.)
3.Changing Tyres. When customer's car is prevented from advancing because of torn tyres, the rescue team will drive to the spot to change the tyre for him. (The affected car must prepare the spare tyre first.)
4.Helping the motor vehicles that have sunk into pumping shafts, ditches, or got stuck in mud or puddles; unlocking the car. (The customer must provide papers of car ownership before hand.)
5. For those cars that cannot be repaired on the spot, or whose breakdowns cannot be removed within a short period of time, or for those accident cars to which responsibility has been clarified, they will be towed to the contracted garage through rope, stick or wrecker. If the Card holders reach a certain level according to Minsheng principles, they can be offered the service of towing the car free of charge within a certain distance. If the road covered goes beyond the limit, the customers will have to pay the cost of towage, not more than 10 yuan/km.

Fxtra Fees to Be Paid by Card Holders
1.The length of towage more than the mileage of free towage service;
2.For special rescue service, the rescue institutions will charge from 500 to 3000 yuan according to different conditions ( The rescue conducted not in common travel environment will be deemed as special rescue, as for example, a car sliding off the bridge or down the hillside);
3.The rescue institutions will demand from the Card holders for all those highway fees, bridge fees, tolls and parking dues brought about by the rescue service.
