The Service Includes:
The customer enjoys free consultancy service; and also enjoys once respectively the legal service as listed in Item 2, 3, 4; if the client wants twice or more times legal service, he will have to sign separately the service contract with and pay expenses to the law firm, but can receive preferential treatment.
1. For legal consultancy service, you can call Minsheng Service Center, lawyers will provide detailed analysis, planning, and pass judgments for the clients, offering verbal advice for them. Certainly, you may also go to the law firm for face-to-face consultation.
2. For issuing legal documents: Minsheng Gold Card holders have the right to ask for the legal documents issued by the lawyers within the valid period. The lawyers should assist the clients in drafting, amending and examining agreements or legal documents, which include various forms of contracts, legal opinions, and examination reports.
3. For providing legal testimony: Within the period of validity, Minsheng Gold Card holders can demand legal testimony service from the law firm. This service includes the witness of collecting evidence, the process the accident happened, perpetuation of evidence, and issuing not of witness.
4. For taking part in spot negotiation, about relevant programs, agreements and other legal affairs: During the term of validity, Minsheng Gold Card holders can also ask the law firm to take part in spot negotiation, about relevant programs, agreements and other legal affairs, including various forms of programs, contracts, and the settlement of disputes and disagreements.
5. Other special services: The clients should sign separately an individual trust agreement with the law firm, with regard to the legal representative of lawsuit of arbitration, the drawing up of a significant agreement text or other legal documents. The client is entitled the right to ask for favorable treatment from the law firm whenever necessary during the valid period.
Other Principles:
1. When you consult by phone, the lawyer will make detailed record of the problems that he was not able to settle satisfactorily at the time, and then fix the time of sharing the feedback with the client. After deliberation and good preparation, you will receive active, exhaustive answers.
2. If the problems put forward by the client are major and complicated ones, after having seeked for client's agreement to pay certain fees, the law firm can invite experts outside firm to investigate in the case, and provide legal advice for the client.
